The Equilibrium Wellness Plan is
designed for the self-motivated member looking for
inspiration, education, and guidance to achieving
personal goals. Our qualified Fitness Mentors,
Registered Dieticians and Spa Therapists will work
together to create your roadmap and update your
program as you see results.
The Wellness Plan is comprised of 4 sessions over
the course of a month: 1 hour for the first session
and three 15-minute follow up sessions. |

| CREATE SESSION 55 minutes |
As you begin your roadmap, you and
your Fitness Mentor will personalize your program by
completing a comprehensive health history and taking
current measurements. Based on your personal goals
and fitness level, you will then create a customized
program and experience your first workout. Each hour
session that follows will begin with a progress
review and program update, and then end with another
full workout.
Evaluations include:
- Recording height and weight
- Body composition analysis using non-evasive
ultrasound technology (no pinching)
- Body View: computerized body imaging of
current measurements and anticipated future
results based on program success
You will leave this session with:
- Personalized strength and conditioning plan
- Customized cardio plan to complement your
strength training

| EDUCATE SESSION

Nutrition is the most commonly
neglected component of total wellness. Learn how to
supplement your workouts with proper nutrition and
meal planning to achieve results more quickly.
You will leave this session with:
- Personalized recommendations for how to
schedule meals, control portions and choose
healthy foods
- Food journal logs to record your daily
consumption and track your eating patterns

| COLLABORATE SESSION

Work with one of our Spa Therapists
to find out how skin care and massage therapy should
be incorporated to heal your mind and body while
changing your lifestyle through stress management.
You will leave this session with:
- Either a customized skin care analysis with
suggestions to maintain healthy skin or
- An introduction to therapeutic practices to
relieve stress and induce relaxation

Time to measure your results! Your
Fitness Mentor will take your measurements and
assess your results after your month of dedication.
