  Equilibrium offers their members a wide variety of personal training programs that are customized specifically to their members so that they may ACHIEVE EQUILIBRIUM.  
     
  CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING

Equipment includes: Bcube Cross Trainer, Elliptical, Upright Bike, Recumbent Bike, and Treadmill, Precor Stepper and Concept 2 rower

All Cardiovascular Equipment at Equilibrium has integrated programs to maximize member benefit.

Assessment Test - baseline exercise and wellness
Heart Rate Training - set specific outcome parameters
Power Training - heavier resistance and advanced-level training

FITNESS TIP OF THE WEEK

If it’s been a while since you’ve done any serious exercise begin slowly. Set up an iPod with some favorite tunes and go for a 20 minute walk on the treadmill just to get moving.
