Meal Plan
Allow Equilibrium to guide you with a nutritional plan
to complement your workouts, personal training, and
wellness plan. Based on your desired results, we will
offer daily caloric needs analysis, meal planning,
portion control and dietary tips you can plan with your
lifestyle. Nutrition is an important part of your
fitness and wellness but it is often overlooked. At
Equilibrium we have a registered dietitian on staff to
ensure that you don’t miss out on the benefits of eating
right and feeling good!
Our dietitian will ensure that
you receive the most up-to-date, science-based
information. We offer a full range of nutrition services
to help meet the unique needs of each member. At
Equilibrium we go beyond just providing basic nutrition
information – we help you find your calorie needs, teach
you how to eat within these needs, plan healthy meals,
and even help you with your grocery shopping. We have
integrated our dietitian’s services into our wellness
plans and our café. |

Learn the
Basics |
|
|
This is a one hour session
that will teach you the basics of what you need to eat
on a daily basis in order to best achieve healthy weight
and prevent chronic disease. You will learn how to eat a
variety of foods within your daily calorie needs.

Learn the
Details |
|
|
These are ½ hour sessions
that you can schedule as frequently as you need to help
keep you on track with the basics. “Details” sessions
will further your knowledge of healthy eating and how it
fits into your lifestyle.

Staying on
Track |
|
|
If you need follow-up but
can’t make it to the gym then we can conduct a quick
session over the phone or email. These sessions are 15
minutes long.

E-Nutrition |
|
|
E-Nutrition is a service for
those who do not have time to meet frequently but want
to stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition news.
E-Nutrition gives you access to our protected website
where you will find weekly nutrition tips as well
as weekly healthy recipes.

Once you have learned the
basics of healthy eating we can help you plan meals that
will fit your lifestyle and your goals. Our “Meal
Planning” services can help you to plan a day’s worth of
meals, a week’s worth, or even a menu for a special
event you are planning on hosting.

Grocery
Shopping |
|
|
Now that you know how to eat
healthy, we want to help you carry it out at home. We
will meet to discuss your likes & dislikes, you will
choose a few healthy recipes - and then together we will
create a grocery list to help you stock your home with
healthy food options. This will make shopping, eating
and cooking healthy a simpler task for you.

for Optimal Training |

Athletes have special
dietary needs to support their intense training
regimens. Our registered dietitian can work with you to
make sure you are meeting your calorie, protein and
hydration needs for training as well as for competition.

Group
Sessions |
|
|
If your co-workers are also
interested in learning more about nutrition you can
schedule a group session. These sessions are ½ hour long
and can cover a variety of topics. They will be held at
your worksite.
